Industries
The sectors the work already sits in
Six industries. Each one links to case studies we actually delivered - named where we can, NDA where we cannot. We do not invent a vertical we have not shipped into.
01
Retail & E-commerce
Retail software fails when the catalogue, the order book and the warehouse each have their own version of the truth. We build the storefront, the stock and the invoice so they share records, and we add recommendation or tagging only where the catalogue can support it.
A fashion or consumer brand does not need a generic shop theme. It needs the fit, the lookbook or the recommendation to sit on the same product data the warehouse already uses.
- Web and mobile storefronts built around your catalogue
- Order, stock, and invoicing systems kept in sync
- AI product tagging and personalised recommendations

02
Healthcare
Care and clinic businesses usually start from records and invoices, not from a clinical system. The work is making those records shareable inside the practice, with who can see what written down, rather than living in a shared spreadsheet.
Where forms still arrive as PDFs or scans, we extract the fields the team already types by hand. We do not claim medical-device certification on this page, and we will say so if a brief needs it.
- Patient and practice management platforms
- Secure records handling with role-based access
- Document processing that pulls structured data from forms

03
Logistics & Supply Chain
Fleet and warehouse software is useful when the pin on the map, the device on the vehicle and the message about the trip are the same record. We build that surface, and we connect it to the ERP or courier system you already run rather than asking you to move house.
The public example is a live tracking and assignment platform. Dispatch rules, courier APIs and warehouse scans are scoped from the workflow in front of you.
- Fleet and consignment tracking dashboards
- Dispatch, routing, and delivery workflow automation
- Integrations between warehouse, ERP, and courier systems

04
Public Safety & Security
Public-safety work is hardware plus software: a camera that has to survive the site, a model that has to stay honest about what it cannot see, and a log that has to survive an argument later.
We have built identification hardware for a named public body and camera systems under NDA. We do not publish operational figures, force names we are not allowed to use, or claimed detection rates.
- Computer-vision monitoring across camera networks
- Automated forensic and identification hardware
- Case and evidence management tools

Manufacturing
Manufacturing work here is physical as often as it is a dashboard: a part designed so it can be printed or moulded, a replacement modelled from a broken piece, a shop inventory that knows what a part costs to make.
We design for the process that will actually produce the hundredth unit - large-format print, injection moulding, batch print, or a Chinese contractor - and we say when a render is not a drawing yet.
- Production-line monitoring and output dashboards
- Embedded controllers and sensor integration
- Predictive maintenance built on machine data

Real Estate & Facilities
Facilities software is request, assignment and a record of what was done. Property portals fail when the unit, the tenant and the work order live in three inboxes.
We also design spatial workplaces when the brief is a place, not a ticket: a virtual private office modelled so it can be occupied, not only rendered. Tenant portals and access-control jobs are scoped from the building you already run.
- Property and tenant management portals
- Building automation and access-control integration
- Maintenance requests and work-order tracking

A sector that is not listed
The process is the same: we map the workflow or the part, then say whether we are the right team. Trading, professional services and in-house operations sit under custom software more often than under a named vertical.
