3D Design, Printing & Manufacturing in Dubai

3D design, product animation and printing - Blender, AutoCAD and Unreal Engine - so a file becomes a film, a fit check, or a part you can make again.

The problem

The CAD looks finished. Nobody has held the part.

A drawing does not tell you about fit, heat, fasteners or the way a technician will actually assemble it. And a product that only exists as a still cannot show how a film, a pattern or a mechanism moves. Design, animation and a short manufacturing pass find that before you commit to tooling.

What 3AXIS builds

A first version that matches how you already work

The model, the film, or the first physical path. We design in Blender and AutoCAD, animate product shots in Unreal Engine, and print or machine the parts that matter. The first version is a focused design, animation or prototype set, not a factory transfer.

How the path looks

Reverse a broken part, animate a product, or print the piece. The file leaves with you.

  1. 01Part or intent
  2. 02Model
  3. 03Animate or print
  4. 04Fit check
  5. 05Files handed over

In the starting version

  • Reverse engineering from a physical part
  • 3D modelling
  • Blender
  • AutoCAD
  • Unreal Engine product animation
  • FPS movement and animation Blueprints
  • 3D printing of functional parts
  • Fit and assembly checks
  • Material advice for the job
  • Notes for print, CNC, lathe and laser
  • Handover of files and settings

How we price this

Scoped after we see the work

Scope and price are written after we see the workflow, the systems involved, and what a first useful version has to do.

The first version is a focused prototype or print set. Volume manufacturing, tooling and certifications are scoped separately.

Optional later

  • Low-volume production
  • Tooling and DFM
  • Embedded electronics in the enclosure
  • EVT / DVT / PVT support
  • Supplier coordination

Who this is for

  • Teams that need a jig, enclosure or mechanism in their hands this month

  • Hardware products leaving the slide and entering a bench review

  • Short runs where tooling is not justified yet

  • Studios that need Unreal Engine movement and animation Blueprints for an FPS

How implementation works

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

We start from how the work actually happens today - the spreadsheets, inboxes and systems involved - and agree what a first useful version has to do.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

You get a written outline of what is in, what is later, and a price that matches that scope. Nothing is assumed.

  3. 03

    Build and review

We build in short cycles you can see. Your team uses the draft against real work so the next pass is based on use, not a slide.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

We release it, migrate what you need, and hand over the code, access and documentation. Support afterwards is optional, not a lock-in.

Questions worth asking first

No. The starter can be a reverse-engineered part, a product animation, or a print. Design work uses Blender and AutoCAD. Motion uses Unreal Engine. If the job needs machining, finishing or a later production process, we say so in the scope rather than forcing everything through a printer.

No. The first engagement is a prototype and print path. Tooling, certifications and production support are the manufacturing-readiness work on the product engineering page.
