They govern the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by the separate written agreement we sign for that engagement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

What this website is

This site describes the services we offer and gives you ways to start a conversation with us. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver any particular outcome.

Ranges, timelines, and indicative figures shown anywhere on this site - including the budget selector on our enquiry forms - are there to help scope a first conversation. They are not quotes, and they are not prices.

Not professional advice

Descriptions of our consulting and engineering services are general information. They are not technical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on them as though they were. Advice for your circumstances comes from an engagement, not from a web page.

Enquiries you send us

When you send an enquiry, please only send information you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential material belonging to someone else, and do not send credentials or sensitive data through a web form.

If you need confidentiality before you tell us anything substantive, say so and we will put an NDA in place first.

You keep ownership of whatever you send us. You give us permission to read it and use it for the purpose of responding to you.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• Interfere with the site's operation or its availability to others
• Submit false or misleading enquiries, or send automated or bulk submissions through our forms

The text, design, illustrations, diagrams, and logos on this site belong to 3AXIS Solutions or to the parties who licensed them to us, except where stated otherwise. Third-party brand marks shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only.

You may read, print, and share pages for your own reference. Anything beyond that needs our permission.

Project examples and client names

Work shown on this site is described with the permission we have for it. Where a client is not named, that engagement is covered by confidentiality and is shown as such. Figures quoted alongside a project describe that project and are not a prediction of what any other project will achieve.

Measurement and advertising

We advertise this site through Google Ads and measure how those ads perform using Google Analytics. Arriving here from an advertisement means a click identifier is present in the link, which we store for the length of your visit so that an enquiry can be matched to the ad that produced it.

Nothing on this site changes based on which advertisement you arrived from. Where a link pre-selects an option in an enquiry form, that is a convenience only and you can change it freely. The content shown to visitors from an advertisement is the same content shown to everyone else.
