The brief
SV Companies sells and operates tracking hardware. They needed software that matches that business: live position for the fleet, a record of which unit is on which vehicle, reports the office can send, and messages that do not live on someone's phone.
Location without assignment, or assignment without a message history, would have left the same gaps they already had.
How we approached it
We treated the tracker as a first-class record, not a pin on a map. Vehicles, devices, trips and conversations share identifiers, so a report and a message can point at the same movement.
The map is the live view. The office work - assignment, sales, reports - sits next to it rather than in a second login.
What we built
SV Connect: a web platform for live vehicle position, tracker stock and assignment, operational reporting, and in-system messaging. Hardware sales and on-road visibility use the same records.
The product is public at sv-connect.com. This page describes the software we built for it, not invented fleet sizes or utilisation figures.
