Who we are

3AXIS Solutions provides software development, AI and automation, product engineering, and technology consulting services. Our office is in the UAE. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. The enquiry and consultation forms on this site ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, where you provide one
• Your company name, where you provide one
• A description of the project, problem, or decision you want to discuss
• Any optional details a particular form asks for, such as a timeline or an indicative budget range

What is recorded with a submission

When a form is submitted, our own handler records three things alongside what you typed, so we can tell a real enquiry from an automated one and answer it in context:

• The IP address the submission came from, which is also used to rate-limit repeated automated submissions
• The page you submitted from
• The date and time

How we use it

We use the information you send to read your enquiry, come back to you with questions, and prepare and follow up on a consultation. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How it reaches us

Forms on this site post to our own handler on this domain over an encrypted connection. It does not pass your details to a third-party form service. The handler composes an email and sends it to our company inbox through our email provider, Zoho, which hosts that inbox and carries the message.

Email is not an encrypted channel end to end, so please do not send passwords, credentials, or highly sensitive material through a web form - tell us it exists and we will agree a secure way to share it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and for as long as we are required to keep business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, write to us and we will remove it from our systems, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how people move through the site. It sets cookies in your browser and collects your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the actions you take such as starting or sending an enquiry form.

We also advertise through Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google passes a click identifier in the link, and we store it for the length of your visit so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries. Google Ads sets its own cookies for conversion measurement and, where permitted, remarketing, which is what allows our ads to be shown to you again on other sites. After a form is accepted, we may send Google a hashed copy of the email and phone number you typed so the conversion can be matched more accurately. That hashed value is not stored on this site, and it is not attached to our own analytics events.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you outside these measurement and advertising purposes. Google acts as an independent controller for the data it collects through these tags, and its own privacy policy governs what it does with it.

If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, advertising and analytics storage are switched off. We do not currently show a consent banner, so there is nothing to opt into: no analytics or advertising cookies are set for you, and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals from those visits. Everywhere else these are enabled by default.

Separately, and everywhere, if you arrive from one of our ads we hold the ad click identifier from the link in your browser's session storage for the length of that visit. It is cleared when you close the tab.

In every case your browser settings let you block or clear cookies and site data at any time, and Google offers an analytics opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

To do any of these, email [email protected] and tell us what you would like. We will confirm once it is done.

Other websites and services

This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Once you follow a link away from here, this policy no longer applies - the destination has its own terms and its own handling of your data.

Enquiry forms are handled on this domain rather than by a form service. The only third party that carries what you send is Zoho, our email provider, which hosts our inbox. Analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google. Those two are the only third parties that receive information you give us here.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
